Putting Rogan Law to Work for You

After nearly twenty years as a criminal defense attorney, and after representing thousands of people investigated for or charged with a crime – felony and misdemeanor, federal and state – attorney Patrick M. Rogan has learned that prosecutors secure convictions by using what people have told investigators or police far more frequently than by using physical or identification evidence.

U.S. attorneys, district attorneys, state attorney generals, detectives, police, state police, FBI, DEA, postal inspectors and bank inspectors might say they just want to talk with you, that you do not need an attorney or a lawyer.  But you have no obligation to talk to anyone, not even to law enforcement.  If law enforcement wants to talk with you, then you should first consult an experienced criminal lawyer or criminal attorney.

Persons under investigation or arrest often think that they can talk their way out of the situation and that they can persuade the police they had nothing to do with the crime. They want to avoid the cost of a lawyer.  However, persons under investigation or arrest should consider the value of their liberty and freedom, which far outweighs any attorney fee.  The cost of an experienced criminal defense attorney pales in comparison to the prospect of imprisonment.

Attorney Patrick M. Rogan will put his education, experience and winning trial record to work for you.  He will return your phone calls because he wants to communicate with you in order to provide a strong, fighting strategy for your defense.  He will not rest until he has explored every available legal option on your behalf.  No problem is too urgent or complex for him.  No one will work harder for you.  Because at Rogan Law your defense never rests.
