Yesterday, parole agents captured Jonathon Waiters, a fugitive on the run, after he crashed into two vehicles in South Scranton while allegedly attempting to evade arrest for a parole violation. The Times-Tribune reported that Waiters is now charged with crimes including resisting arrest, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving under the influence, and drug possession.
