| The Pocono Record reports that a Stroudsburg woman who failed to appear for her formal arraignment in a retail theft case in Monroe County is now the subject of a police search. A bench warrant has been issued for her arrest, and Monroe County Crime Stoppers is asking anyone with information to call 866-370-1518.
